Handbook. Engineering Journal is a monthly scientific, technical, and industrial publication that has been issued since 1997. The main goals of the journal are: to create a professional environment for publishing fundamental research in the fields of mechanics, mathematical modeling, and applied developments in mechanical engineering and related industries; to connect cutting-edge science with the current needs of the real sector of the economy, thereby contributing to technological development and enhancing the competitiveness of domestic mechanical engineering.

Primary Objectives:
Publishing the results of fundamental and applied research across a wide spectrum of areas in mechanics, dynamics, technology, and the organization of machine-building production.
Facilitating dialogue between scientists (mathematicians, mechanicians, physicists) and practicing engineers (designers, technologists, quality and diagnostics specialists).
Highlighting key development trends in the fields of digitalization, robotization, and the implementation of artificial intelligence in engineering calculations, design, technological processes, and quality management.
Exchanging experience in the field of experimental research, testing, and the implementation of new materials, processing methods, and diagnostics.
Promoting modern production management methodologies such as CALS technologies, lean manufacturing, quality management, and relevant standards.
Supporting young scientists and specialists.

The journal is included in the list of periodical scientific and scientific-technical publications published in the Russian Federation, recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission for the publication of the results of dissertations for the academic degrees of candidate and doctor of science in the following specialties:
