Рассмотрены вопросы изготовления пустотелых тонкостенных отливок из алюминиевых сплавов типа «корпус» с учетом требования герметичности изделия. Разработана технология получения отливок методом литья с кристаллизацией под давлением. Проведены эксперименты в целях оптимизации параметров литья. The problems of production of hollow thinwalled castings of aluminum alloys such as “housing”, taking into account the requirements of leakproofness and roughness of a given product. Casting feature is the thin elongated body with an internal cavity of a pear. Conducted initial experiments to produce a casting traditional method of chill casting. Showing testing regimes during acceptance tests. It is shown that this method does not meet the specified requirements for product leakproofness. The technology of casting with crystallization under pressure was developed. It has been proposed a mold with a movable die in order to optimize casting parameters. The parameters for casting and molding process sequence were specified. The characteristics of the separation of coating technology and its application to the working parts of the mold were cited. To make the inner cavity of the details of the body, having a pear shape, apply special fusible hollow rods of zinc alloy. A zincsaving technology was proposed. The rods were produced by casting in a metal mold to splash. Optimized melt dwell time in the form of workers and idle speed punch. This has increased the quality of the casting surface and the accuracy of its dimensions, the microstructure of the castings was investigated. Detected changes leading phase and grain size. Compared with a casting chill mold uniformity increased by decreasing the degree of phase separation processes, there was uniform distribution of non-metallic inclusions and, consequently, increased mechanical properties of the casting. Mechanical properties of castings increased by 15...30 % and plastic properties of castings increased 2...4 times.
