Аннотация. Приведена методика установления норм прочности балок передних мостов грузовых автомобилей. Установлены критерии работоспособности, необходимые запасы прочности для балок самосвалов КамАЗ-55111. Установлено, что балки мостов, удовлетворяющие нормам прочности по статическим напряжениям изгиба и кручения, соответствуют и критерию усталостной долговечности.

REQUIREMENTS TO DURABILITY AND DURABILITY OF BEARING DETAILS OF BRIDGES OF CARS

Abstract. The technique of an establishment of norms of durability of beams an apron of bridges of lorries is resulted. Criteria of the working capacity, necessary safety factors for beams of dumpbody trucks of KamAZ-55111 are established. It is established that beams of the bridges, durabilities satisfying to norms on static pressure of a bend and torsion, correspond also to criterion of fatigue durability. Performancefront axlebeamsfor high-strengthheat-treatedsteelsafety factoris determinedbythe staticbending and torsionalstresses. Beam, corresponding to the requirementsof plastic deformationin theoperation, andsatisfiesthe requirements forfatigue life.
