Аннотация. Рассмотрено состояние рынка ручных машин в России. Обоснованы параметры ручной машины электробур с волновой пере-дачей с промежуточными телами качения (ПТК). Описаны области ее применения. Представлены графические зависимости критической частоты вращения шнекового рабочего органа от угла подъема винтовой линии при бурении грунтов различного вида. Выделены значимые критерии расчета силовых и геометрических характеристик редуктора.

DRIVE WITH INTERMEDIATE ROLLING MEMBERS REDUCER FOR HAND TOOL ELECTRIC DRILL

Abstract. The article is brief considered mechanical hand tool market in Russia. Substantiated parameters on electric drill with a wave gear with intermediate rolling solids. There is described its fields of applications. The design is developed based on commutator motor with useful capacity 1.0 kW. Speed of the motor armature is 15.000 rev/min. Rational speed auger working body 200...300 rev/min Need to create a gear with a ratio 59 and with dimensions comparable to the size of the engine to the machine has an aesthetic appearance. In this case, the diameter of the rolling elements should lay in the range of 2 to 3 mm. Operability research manual machine specified technical characteris-tics would be interesting. Presents the graphic dependence the critical frequency of rotation an auger labor body from an angle of elevation screw line during the drilling of soils of different types. Highlighted important design criteria of power and geometrical characteristics of the gearbox. Results of calculations are given in tables.
