Рассмотрены структура и основные возможности разрабатываемого компьютерного инструментария поддержки инновационной деятельности в технической сфере – автоматизированной системе поиска ресурсов в технических системах и окружающей их среде и технологий использования ресурсов. Описана информационная модель представления знаний о ресурсах в технической и природной среде. The project of development and content forming of computer toolkit for innovation activity support – the automated system of search of resources in technical systems (TS) and environment and of technologies of resources using – is described. Processes in technosphere inseparably linked with creation and using of multitude of various resources. These are material, field and information objects, their connections, energy sources, features of TS realisation and process organisation, and also the functional and other possibilities available in TS and its environment which can be used for obtainment of useful effect. Search and decision-making on application of resources in TS are tasks of conceptual projecting. They have creative character and provide formation of TS conceptual pattern. Conceptual projecting is an important stage of innovative activity which brings the decisive contribution to efficiency and competitiveness of created technics. The represented project provides database formation about the resources and its using for information-methodical support of innovative activity at stages of conceptual projecting. As the framework of this database the information model of knowledge representation about resources in technosphere and environment serves. It allows to describe and systematise: typical resources; technical systems in which resources exist, arise or use; typical technologies of resources transformation; the facts of existence and occurrence of resources in TS; the facts of resources using in TS. The typical resource and resource in the TS context relates to one of 7 classes and is described by a set of the physicotechnical characteristics chosen from ontology. The TS is described by the functions reflecting its functionality. The model allows to specify the functions of the TS causing occurrence and existence of resource, and the functions realised on the basis of resource using. Descriptions of TS and typical technology of resource transformation include technics and economy areas which they concern. The structure and the basic possibilities of the developed automated system are considered. It provides support of processes: search of variants of use of the resources existing or created in the TS and its environment, in other technical systems; search of technical systems in which the resources necessary for given TS are exist or arise; search of ways of rational resources redistribution in the TS; search of resources transformation technologies for obtainment of lacking and realisations of available resources.
